I want to have a birthday dinner with about ten of my friends. I live in Brisbane, Australia. I am looking for somewhere under $15 a head. Any suggestions?

Hmm.  I'm racking my brains, but I think for that price you're pretty much limited to either McDonald's or the local RSL.  You could probably organise a banquet-style menu (fixed menu) at a real restaurant for about $25-$35 per head, but you're not likely to get a decent sit-down meal for less than that.
