At the Galleria mall there are two proactiv vending machines on the bottom floor.

I think there is one of those automatic vending machines that has them in the Collin Creek mall. It should be in the same area of the hot topic, not sure where else you can get it in a store, otherwise buy it online or over the phone.

There is a manned Proactiv kiosk at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco.  It is on the upper level near the food court.  The employee that is usually there is especially helpful.
