  1. Alcholics Anonymous-- Or a local community outreach center--A church possibly.

    Admitting yourself or a loved one in a rehab facility is not your only option. I admire your courage on whatever the situation it maybe because you have aknowledged the first step of a 12 step God given program.

    Nobody does things for free, if you don't pay for it, they will expect insurance or the state to pay for it. You can't do this and remain anonymous.

    Rehabs really don't do anything more than remove you from where you normally drink or drug long enough to get you through the worst of the cravings.

    Rehabs don't fix you, they keep you busy until you fix yourself.

    If you don't want to pay for it and you want to remain anonymous, why don't you just quit? You don't need rehab, what you need is the desire to quit.

    If you need help, check out books by Jim Christopher and/or Jack Trimpey at your local library.
