Where is a romantic place to have dinner in the Minneapolis or St. Paul area?

I am looking for a place to have a 1 year anniversary dinner - and I don't usually go out to high priced dinners anywhere...any suggestions?

  1. We went to Casper's in Eagan on our first date. It was excellent. Fair Prices. Also Axel's Bonfire was great.


  2. We liked the Capital Grille in Minneapolis when we went there last summer. We had the steak tartare, lobster bisque, french onion soup, filet oscar, mashed potatoes, and espresso cake for dessert and we loved every bite!
