Where is a safe online site to bet on the derby?

I want to bet a small amount of money (under $20) on the derby. Anyone know of a safe, reliable website that doesn't have any fees, etc. Thanks! I'd really prefer someting through Churchill, the NTRA, etc. Also, who's everyone like for the derby? I normally bet a trifecta, so I've got some more thinking to do.

But for what horse to pick, pick Curlin, I think he might even win the Triple Crown that's how good he is!
