I'm thinking about moving to Canada! I am wondering where a great place would be to live, raise a family one day,and look at beautiful scenery and also lots of food places, and malls, and maybe clubs, or clubs within driving distances?

  1. Baffin Island has everything you are looking for and more. Very safe too.

  2. Ottawa is a “Bright City”. It is one of the world’s safest and most beautiful communities in which to live, work, learn, play, and raise a family. The city prides itself on its quality of life. It is home to a wide range of age groups from families with children to adult professionals to university students and senior citizens. As a G8 capital city, Ottawa is Canada’s showcase city to the world. It is endowed with a number of national museums and performing arts institutions, as well as a rich local cultural and heritage fabric. The city is graced with a civic design that places high priority on green spaces, parklands and trails, making Ottawa a bright and beautiful landscape for all to enjoy.

  3. Pretty much anywhere. But I would recommend BC or Quebec. Maybe Nova Scotia.

  4. we don't want you.

  5. As far as I know Ottawa is the safest city in Canada

  6. West Vancouver.

A beautifull suburb of Vancouver (which has alot of clubs and malls, can be unsafe int he wrongs places though but generally a safe city)

West Van is located across the Lions Gate bridge on the North Shore. Verrry safe and verry pretty.

theres a mall (Park Royal) and its like less than a 10 minute drive away from dowtown vancouver....Ive lived here my whole life and its a great place to live and raise a family.

    downside: Very Expensive.

    HAHAHAHAHA

    dont go to baffin island

  7. Atlantic Canada's a very family friendly and scenic place. Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island have the lowest crime rates in the country, a low cost of living and are absolutely gorgeous. (Yes, a little biased I may be. I live in Nfld. now and grew up on PEI.)

When it comes to clubs and food, I'd have to choose St. John's, Nfld. (population ~200k) over Charlottetown, PEI (population ~40k). St. John's has a reputation of being a "party town," and has an entire city street that's nothing but bars atop bars. But it's also one of Canada's safest cities. Only two malls, though. But there is a nice variety of food places around town. And it's very historic and beautiful. The downside is that it's a very isolated city (on the farthest eastern point of a huge northern island - think 15 hours' drive across, and a 6 hour ferry trip to get back onto the Canadian mainland; check it out on a map) and not terribly diverse. But it has all the comforts that you'd expect of a city of that size. (Plus, depending on your career, it can be pretty easy to find work around here nowadays.)

  8. Eskimos can help you survive in the arctic in Nunavut.
