Where is a safe place to pay my bills online? College computer lab? Public Library? ?

My computer is busted so now I can only use computers in public places. Where is the safest place where my information will not be compromised?

Be sure to use SSL whenever/wherever you pay your bills. Also, be sure to clear out your browser's cache/password store and exit the browser before you leave. That being said, I would rather use a college computer lab than a public library for things like this.

Never use a public PC EVER to pay any sort of bills due to the security risk it poses. You will have to find a new way of paying. You could try a library but you never know
