hmm I would just go to your local Crazy Clarks or Warehouse - starting from $10 a chair.  (these are the outdoor ones though)

Try freecycle! It's all free... the website is a little difficult to navigate but scroll down to the 'classifieds' and take a look.

My workmate got some filing cabinets and an outdoor setting recently, she is really satisfied. Have fun!
