  1. As a whole, just under the power of the Oceania and the rest of southeast asia.

  2. The bottom of the heap, dead last.

  3. Africa can't be ranked on a list designed for countries. However, as a general rule, the continent's countries usually rank collectively as dead last in any standard world quality list.

The premiere African countries would probably be places like Ghana, Botswana, South Africa, Nigeria, or Zimbabwe (I categorize places like Egypt, Algeria, or Morocco more as Middle Eastern countries than African).

  4. On the whole, at the bottom just behind Oceania. At least the Pacific Ocean island countries have Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and France occasionally looking out for them. In Africa, you've got South Africa and Nigeria providing a lot aid but neither are models of stability themselves. Case in point - a few years back, a UN aid appeal for Malawi to fight famine got zero in official aid pledges.

  5. Africa is not a country, so it can't be ranked on any "world powers list"  The strongest African country is probable either Egypt, Libya, or South Africa.  If your school asked that question, you may want to transfer to a better school.  Best of luck.

  6. If all African countries were united under a single dictator, the country would rank somewhere around Mexico or Spain.

  7. Africa is a continent and not a country.  Are continents ranked on the world's power list?  I don't think they are.
