Where is an animal shelter in Houston, Texas that allows 14 year olds to volunteer?

Im looking for an animal shelter to volunteer at. However, some places let only 16 year olds or older volunteer. I need a place in Houston that 14 year olds can volunteer at. A GOOD animal shelter that isn't dirty or treats the animals rudely or anything like that. A nice, clean, animal shelter. The SPCA only lets 15 year olds and up.

Try doing a Google search on Rescue Associations for dogs in Houston.

They always need help like dog walkers etc.
