Have you ever heard of or used 'Google?'

I would Google 'Antarctica' (note the CORRECT spelling) and you'll have hundreds of sites to choose from. I always go to 'Wikipedia' first. You'll find a map of the world and a description of Antarctica, etc.

Personally, I find that fact-based questions like yours are much better answered/solved by using Google than getting answers like "up my butt" that one answerer provided you. Right?

Anti is negative and we are in the northern hemisphere, the opposite of north is south so it's in the south pole
