Where is best burger in Winnipeg, MB.?

A few years ago I was told there was a place in St. Boniface that had the best burger EVER. I forgot the name next time I went but would still like to check it out. Sorry - but all I know is that it is in St. Boniface and it may have had a word like "Mom's" or "Mama's" in the restaurant name.

The only such place I can find is Mammy's Fine Dining Restaurant & Lounge, at 271 Provencher in St. B.

That could be the place (even though 'fine dining' doesn't suggest 'hamburger' to me, but I wouldn't be surprised either).

it's called Mrs Mikes on tache street close to the hospital

i think it's closed now or closing soon for the winter, on the last day they're open for the year they give everyone free food!

actually, the best thing about wpg is the perimeter hwy....You can go around it.
