Where is best/cheapest place in west milford nj area to get spruce stockade fencinginstalled, 4 ft high ones,?

need about 20 sections spruce stockade fence installed, 4 ft high, already have posts cemented in from other fence had. need best price/good job in are too. most places called only do CEDAR, wow high prices on that ??????????? HELP! NO WAY can do self, no time , etc.

I was wondering if you have to use spruce some authorities think that as spruce ages it blackens and looks like it is rotting.  Maybe you should look into that.  Just an idea.

Don't think anyone is cheap at this time of the year.  You may have to wait till late autumn.  Have you crossed the border into NY state?  Maybe there is a place in Warwick, NY or surrounding towns.  Or has that all been converted into fancy townhouses by now?
