Where is best for plastic surgery?

I am thinking of going to Brazil for surgery, I have to have some reconstruction after an accident. I cannot get it here and I have watched programmes where people have had it done in Brazil, it looks really good for the mini face lift I need, can anybody tell me more or more importantly recommend a good clinic? Thanks :)
