I have lived in a few and where you are now is normally the best for a while, until you move on and then that will be the best as well. In other words there are so many good places it depends what you are looking for, I live in Vienna it is great but love the mountains and water in Austria that is so had to beat

I'd have to say"anywhere but America".Honestly the perfect place would be a desserted island that you can declare an independant nation!!!

That would be Iceland, because it's the top country, all countries being sorted by their Human Development Index.

This an entirely subjective opinion.  It will depend on where you were born, your culture, your ethnic type, your gender, your language, your ability to learn a new language, your religion, your ancestors, your economic wealth, your age... the suitability factors are almost endless.

Given this, I'd say there was no such thing as a "Best" place to live in the world...
