Well I would say it's India and the cheapest metropolis in India is Calcutta or Kolkata.

Other cities like New Delhi or Bombay are very expensive and we call them heartless cities.

And don't think of Madras it's tooooooo dirty.

if you are not multilinguist and only knows english stay in big cities like madras,hyderabad bombay etc if visitor ,any place is ok
