Where is downtown Cali, Colombia?

Can anyone tell me where downtown Cali. Colombia is? If anyone knows the name of the Barrio or the numbers of the Calle and Carrera where downtown Cali is, I'd love to hear it. It's hard to look at a map and figure out what's what.

About where barrio Poblano or El Retiro. The Cali Plaza is at Calle 15 Norte No. 6N-37 which is in the entertainment district and about 5 blocks from downtown. If your going there.. its a good place to start.
