I've never been to spain, but it depends on a lot of things. In Sofia, there is a students neighbourhood type thing with tons of bars and clubs! In Romania there were so many posters advertising amazing DJs that I didn't want to leave! Bucharest has great partying. It's kind of different from Greece, much less touristy, which makes it that much cooler!
