Where is it cloudy and rainy all year long?

I am looking for a place to move to when I get out of college. I live in Orlando which is fun, but to tell you the truth, I would much, much, much rather prefer the clouds and rain to the sun. Got any places? Feel free to name several. Thanks!

Western Washington state has more cloudy days than sunny, but it does have sunny days especially in summer.  But it does rain in all seasons.  The spring and summer rains are really delightful.  

The landscape is green all year long.  Now of course there are a lot of deciduous trees that lose their leaves in the fall, but there are enough evergreen trees and plants to keep the landscape green.  Spring is spectacular with flowers, and fall with autumn leaves.  Once in a while it snows, but this is not a regular feature.  

One thing to keep in mind is that at the winter solstice, there are less than 8 hours of daylight; plus, it is generally very cloudy at that time too, making it even darker.  Then of course at the summer solstice there are less than 8 hours of darkness; and though it does rain, there is plenty of sun too.  

It's harder to get a tan (or sunburn) at that latitude because the sun's rays fall obliquely.  Thus even when it is hot, you are less likely to tan or burn.  

The big cities are Seattle and Tacoma.  Plus, there are suburbs and small towns.

I believe western Oregon is similar.

Ohio. I live there, and believe me, North eastern Ohio has cloudy and rainy weather all the time.

Anywhere on the windward facing slopes of the Hawaiian Islands.  To a lesser degree the southern coastline of Alaska.

I don't know of a place in the continental U.S. that is that way year round, but the coast of Washington is infamous for cloudy and wet periods of extended duration as well.
