My mother passed away June 01, 2008. And my father and I are very curious to where this is found. I have heard this all my life, but not exactly sure where to find it in the Bible. Thank you.

  1. 1Co 13:12-13

12Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

    God help you

    and give you blessing

  2. I'm sorry for your loss.  Upon hearing that I thought of 2 things that I could send you that might offer some help and comfort.  The first is a link that explains our Father's Plan of Salvation, that explains in further detail  "why we are here", "Life's purpose", and "Where we are going after this life."

The second is a scripture that explains what type of society exists in heaven.

I just want to let you know that I know there is "something" after this life.  You will see your mother again.

  3. I am afraid it is not. The Bible (pertaining to heaven) actually suggests the opposite, that our relationships on earth are changed in heaven (if this is the matter you are asking), Matthew 22:30. The Bible says that we will be changed, I Corinthians 15:52.

I am very sorry for your loss.

  4. we dk what youre talking about....only bornagains live again..

  5. It does sound very familiar, but I'm sorry, I can't say I've come across it in the Bible, or any Bible Studies I have taken. Was it definately these words? Was it said about Jesus' Second Coming?
