Where is it possible to find the filter?

In an office building, there is an Elkay EDFP19C water fountain for which the filter needs changing. I am having trouble locating the filter. I would greatly appreciate any hints as to where I should look in order to find it, thanks!

According to web site this fountain does not have a filter

If you mean an air filter,there are usually companies in large cities that sell nothing but filters and have an assortment of odd shaped filters.Look in the phone boook.Even one for that tiny condenser.If you can't find a filter company,just cut one out of a washable one.

If you mean a water filter,look for a company that sell ice machines and they will also have water filters.

It's amazing to me how quickly that something becomes "the truth" if it can or can't be found online.

There is no filter in the water fountain.  There is a small wire screen where the water comes out but if the fountain is not cooling you may want to clean the coils
