Where is kanto on pokemon leaf green?

i need to know because i want to catch suicune

I think you meant where is johto because in leaf green you start in kanto, and i am not sure how you catch suicune though, if you can.

I suspect that your talking about Johto.  Johto doesnt exist in this game because it wasnt discovered by Ash until after the Kanto region.  The only way to obtain Suicune in this gam is by having your starter pokemon a Charmander, beating the elite four, obtaining the National Pokedex and fixing a machine on One island I think.  He will pop up in certain areas of grass and when you attack him, he will run away.  If you have attacked him, then when you find him again he will have the same amount of damage after you attacked him last time.  I would suggest saving your master ball because it will take many attempts to catch Suicune even with an Ultra ball.  I hope I have helped.

I think you're talking about Johto. Johto cannot be accessed in the game, because you are in Kanto.You can only get Suicune after choosing Charmander as your starter, beating the Elite Four, obtaining the National Dex, and fixing the Network Machine on One/Knot Island. If you find Suicune, (you find him randomly around Kanto) and you want to catch him, I recommend you use the Master Ball. He runs away if you fail. And if you KO him, he's gone from your file. It should take forever if you want to try the Ultra Balls. If you attack him, he flees. And when you find him again he will have the same HP as before. Hope this helps!
