Where is latos on pokemon ruby and wat do i do to find him?

i hav dun teh elite 4 and everything and it sed on the tv that teer is a flt=yin pokemon around but wer do i catch it and wat do i do?

i found latios!!!!!! i dont know are it`s same as you! but,i found it at mauville city ! but,i forget what route is it!

catch it with master ball..

Dont listen to the first answer, Maybe he escaped from a mental home, Anyway latios and latias usually run wild all over Hoenn after you beat the elite four. Its usually one. If you are using a Visual Boy Emulator then just cheat and get yourself a shiny one lol. Anyway good luck trying to find it because it is really difficult.

P.S It will help if you get a trapinch from the sandy place because some of them know "Arena trap" which means it cant escape when you encounter a latios ar latias, making it easier to catch

It's all pure luck. Sometimes you'll be on a route, and it'll appear. Everytime you enter or exit something, Latios moves to a random route, though it's usually something adjacent to the route it's on.

What you could do is go to the route above Slateport with some repels and a wobbufet. Check your Pokedex and see if Latios is on the route you're on. If not, run into Slateport, and back, or enter the door to cycling road, and come back out, and check again until Latios is on the route. When he is, use repels, and bring Wobbufet on out, and you will encounter Latios. Use your masterball if you still have it. If not, just use mirror coat or counter, and weaken it.

Save when it's on your route, incase you accidentally KO it or run out of balls to catch it with.

it's completely random it can appear on any route, except caves i think, just keep looking in wild patches until it appears. you should use a pokemon under level 40 (that latios' level) and use max repel, so it's easier to find.

1. pokemon master lucas is an idiot as hes sayn ur goin to h**l for playn pokemon and look at his name... need i say more

2. got to the city that an island dunno wats it called(i havnt played it in ages) srry then use surf and surf around in the water its were ull find him the most

as a little extra go to Steve's house it should be on the island too, first one on the left when u fly to the island. go into the house and take the pokeball of his desk its a cool pokemon, hard to train but cool.
