  1. the capital, Vilnius, is at 54°41′N, 25°19′E, on the eastern edge of the EU.  It borders Russia to the West (yes, the west, Russia is in multiple pieces like the US's Alaska) and Belarus to the East.


  2. foolish question. i'm a lithuanian and i can understand from asker's nickname that he is lithuanian. How he can not know where is it?

  3. It is at the coast of the baltic sea surrounded by latvia, belarus, and poland. It has no direct boarder to the russian homeland but only to the russian enclave in the kaliningrad area.
