Where is mats sundin going to end up?

i dont think he will go to van or mtl becuase he would have signed there by now. i do not think he will go back to toronto.

those pigs in montreal dont deserve mats sundin anyway.

Rumors so far have been NYR MON VAN TOR or calling it a career

NYR - Cant afford him now without losing a  couple of quality players like Gomez, Redden...plus there Centers are already strong

MON - If he went there he would become the most hated person in leaf history although its a good fit for him I think he's still loyal enough not to do it

VAN - claimed they had 10mill to spend this offseason offered it all to Sundin...then gave Demitra a contract so why would Mats sign for them now for less?

TOR - Dont think the Leafs even want him now...hed want a no trade clause and theve learned there lesson...and would probley end up trading him

Retiring? - Doubt it still young enough to be a top player in the leauge a good powerforward and a go to guy in the playoffs

I could see this senario happening though,

Joe Sackic (the other free agent guy haha) signs with Vancover (rumors) or some other team...so Sundin signs with Colorado...why wouldnt he? He played for the Nordiques when he first started in the NHL and if Forsberg stays he'll have a fellow Swed on the team and I think he would fit in well...Columbus is another place because they still have one of the most cheapest NHL teams with enough caproom to sign him and even if they got Upshall Nash on a line with Sundin instead of Upshall guarentees some more goals to be scored
