Where is mickey dean?

Mickey Dean was a regular guest on the syndicated radio show "The Rick and Bubba Show" and has not been heard from in a while. Does anyone have any information as to where he is or what is going on with him. He is a lovable character that I really miss hearing when listening to Rick and Bubba. Mickey if you read this: WE MISS YOU! Call Rick and Bubba, PLEASE!
