Get the National Dex, beat the Elite Four and then head down south of Twin Leaf where the game starts. Surf south of there and you'll eventually end up at the Pal Park. Get all the information from there, save and then turn off your power. If all of this is done, you should see an option under your current save game called "Migrate from ______ Version" (It'll be whatever version you have in your DS at the time). Transfer over the six you want that day, and head into the Pal Park. You should find everything there.
