  1. As the others said, it is in Place de Pigalle. Not a very nice neighborhood, unless you are looking for a "friend" for an hour.

    Watch the purses!

  2. You've got the neighborhood, the address..

here's the metro station: pigalle, line 2.

Just get out there and there it is

  3. Moulin Rouge is located in "Pigalle", near Montmartre.

  4. The Moulin Rouge is located in the s*x district...Pigalle. The closest Metro stop would be Blanche.

If you're wanting to attend a show at the Moulin Rouge, I'd suggest going with a tour company such as Paris Vision or Cityrama. Pigalle's not the safest place around, especially for tourists. With the tour company, you're with another group and are taken there in a bus.

  5. Moulin Rouge (founded 1889) is located at 82 Blvd. de Clichy (between Rue Lepic and Avenue Rachel).  This is in the Pigalle District and the nearest Metro stop is called Blanche.  So, this is the north side of the city.  For reservations phone 01.53.09.82.82 and be prepared to pay a "cover charge."  You can see the show from the bar, so there is no need to sit down to dinner.

Perhaps you didn't know Moulin is a windmill and, of course, rouge is the color red.

I believe they have a web site:  www.moulinrouge.com
