Where is my Itunes purchase?

I bought two songs from ITunes on the same day and only one of them shows up in my library and purchased music playlist. I saw that both of the songs downloaded and my ITunes balance went down the correct amount, and even when I go to look at my purchase history both of the songs show up as having been purchased. I've also searched my computer for the file and looked in the recycle bin as the Itunes help suggests. How can I get the music file in my library??? It seems to me that Itunes ought to help me out on this one given that my purchase history proves that I bought the song...

On your receipt, there should be something labeled "Report a Problem" click it, after that idk what to do, probably fill out something and im sure the Mac tech support will help you out dont worry about it.

Hopefully it didn't get deleted, I would search your whole hard drive just in case. I'm assuming you bought them both on the same computer, right? yeah, iTunes won't help you out if your song is "lost," they sell it to you and wash their hands of it, so hopefully you can find it.
