Where is my big ten network on dish?

I live in southern indiana and have Dish Network. College football season is nearing and I just realized I do not have Big Ten Network anymore. I have the top 250 package and it's still listed on their site as being part of that package. I checked channel 439 and the over flow stations. It's non-existent.

Anyone else with dish having this problem?

try ch 9495 or 152.  if you still cant find it , reset your receiver by pressing and holding the power button on the receiver. this will update the onscreen program guide

Call them. Every time I have any problem I call. Dish support is always very help-full.
