Ok wonderful....my insurance ran out today because I could afford it. I am a hardworking American and I make good money and support my family as I have two kids, one more on the way, and I am also in school full time. My work does not offer insurance and I can't afford independent insurance either...what do I do? What is McCain gonna do for me?

Do see why Obama is HOPE for me and millions of others in America?

If you even talk about handout BS, you are a moron, I work hard!!!

  1. Don't breed 'em if you can't feed 'em!!

  2. McCain has a proposal that would give you and every other   American family $5000 an year to buy insurance, and single people half that much. He does not talk about it much, because know nothing tax cutting Conservative will not like it and he needs their votes, but it is on his web site for people that can read.

  3. no disrespect intended but the left loves peopel like you...they prey on people like you.....

government will save you, etc etc

  4. McCain's health insurance plan includes giving you $2500 ($5000 for couples) with which to buy your insurance, along with a few other doodads that may help. That by itself, though, ain't chicken feed. Most of his suggested reforms aren't very "s**y" for public consumption but do seem to use carrots to accomplish a lot of the same things Obama's plan seems to do with sticks, except I suspect the insurance industry probably isn't thrilled about some of his proposed changes in insurance rules.

  5. The biggest difference is WHEN do you want help????

Neither program will be free. Sorry to disappoint Obama fans who think it will be but it won't. People even have to pay for Medicare.

Obama's program will require passing legislation through both houses of Congress including hearings and reconciliations meetings, setting up a new government program, and writing new regulations with a new bureaucracy to administer it.

    That will take years.

McCain's program is a change to existing tax policy that provides credits for insurance payments so that you would get most of it back lowering your out-of-pocket costs to about what you would pay if you has employer-provided insurance.

Tax policy is much easier to get through Congress and can even be added to other bills to speed it on its way. it can go to any number of Committees to be expedited.

McCain's plan could benefit you in the first year he is in office.

Obama's plan will have huge administrative costs because of the new government bureaucracy.

McCain's won't add to the cost of government.

Obama's plan excludes small and mid-sized business. Most Americans work for small and mid-sized businesses.

McCain's plan covers everybody, including small business, which now can't afford to provide employees with health plans in many cases. It also covers the self-employed.

McCain's plan also includes new insurance pools for the hard-to-insure that will require them to provide coverage at reasonable rates, as well as portability for all plans if you move from one State to another.

I'm in the same boat you are.

Frankly, I hate dealing with the Feds.  It's bad enough when I'm healthy.

The last thing I want to do when I'm sick is have to deal with Washington.

    Call the Government.

    Get put on hold.

Push 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, 3 to be put on hold for two weeks.

    yeah, right.

Take 2 aspirin and call Obama in a couple of years.

  10. Swing on over I got some extra extra can goods you can have.

Let me get this straight, you have two kids, work hard (I notice you didn't share where you work) go to school, and you have another kid on the way?  So you bit off more than you can chew and I have to pay the freight for you...  Interesting.  How about a loan that you could pay back.  Even interest free so when that education pays off you can pay it back?
