Where is my merchandise?

I purchased a toddler bed the end of Aug. 2008 and recieved one box which contained only half of the bed. When I contacted the seller they assured me that two boxws were sent and that they wold check into it. Well hwllow its almost one month later and my grand daughter still has no bed. I feel like I have been taken, I would like a full refund including the extra 57.00 in which they asked for shipping. I need to purchase another bed now! please refund my money,...1-406-600-6460 Wendy
