Where is my mods folder for the sims 2?

cuz i downloaded some stuff but i can't find my mod folder plzzz HELP!!!

There isn't necessarily a "Mods" folder but if you downloaded a Zip file then all you need to do is open up

My Documents/EA Games/Sims 2/Downloads than drag and drop the files into your downloads folder. If you downloaded it as a RAR file than you need to save the file somewhere (I made a whole new folder for this) Than once it's saved select "open folder" than right click on the Custom content file and click "Extract here."

The files should show up at the bottom of the folder than you need to drop and drop them into My Documents/EA Games/Sims 2/Downloads. If it was Custom Content downloaded from Thesims2.com or The Sims Resource, than it automatically installs it for you. :D
