Where is my sidekick lx ota update?!?!?

ok its july 31st and ive seen tht ppl have been saying that it should come by todayy why havent i gotten it? i dont think im gunna get it what do i need to do/have in order to get it i have the sidekick plan which i pay 20 dollars for unlimted txt im email and stuff what else do i need to have and if i dont get it today what should i do?
