Is their a museum for Datu Lapu lapu’s memorabilia or memorable stuff?

  1. I asked the same once including your shield. No one gave me a definite answer. May be it is with the Abu Sayyaf. That's why they can't be extinguished!

    In addition, according to this source, Lapu-lapu's troop used stick and knives. So the sword is nowhere to be found.

  2. I don't think there is a museum that houses any of Lapulapu's memorabilia. That is, if there is one that has been discovered.  The dig at Mactang in Camotes Island  found some broken pieces of old jars, swords, skeletons and dentures in gold said to belong to the royal family in Lapulapu's time but has not yet been confirmed as belonging to Lapulapu.  The interesting part is that artifacts and other historical finds in Mactang points to this island as the place where Magellan and his men fought against Lapulapu and his men and not the other Mactan island everyone believes is where the Battle of Mactan happened.  But all these are as yet unconfirmed.  Maybe history will have to be re-written once there is confirmation but that may take a long time.
