  1. Yahoo Photos closed last year.  If you did not migrate or save your photos before the deadline, you can't get them back.


  2. It was incorporated into www.flickr.com, which yahoo bought. Go to flickr and log in with your yahoo login and your pictures should be there

  3. Yahoo photos closed last September after warning were posted and emails sent months prior to then advising users to move there photos.
