been to both 3 times each atleast,, my two favorite spots

for lots of beach 40 miles long punta cana DR

for nice beach but more to do outside resort, riveria maya,, you can take a shuttle boat to cozumel,, you have a couple parks to swim with dolphins and snorkel, and you have the famous 5th ave for shopping

i was in DR in Janrurary and im going to riveria maya in 4 weeks

i love DR, tho
