Petro Travel Centers, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Riteaid, almost any major retailer , drugstore, and convenience stores now carry them/

Hi - i actually did a lot of research on these cards.  The Bank Freedom prepaid debit card is by far the best.  They have the lowest fees and have a free activation.  You can use direct deposit and they waive their monthly fee - so in effect the card is free.  go to http://www.bankfreedom.com for more details.
