Where is palkia in pokemon explorers of darkness and how to get there?

Palkia can be found at the very bottom of Spacial Rift in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon:Explorers of Darkness.  In order to get there, though, you have to have rescued Scizor from Froslass in Crevice Cave and you have to have saved Manaphy from illness in order to unlock the event in which you find Palkia.  

You get to Spacial Rift by leaving Treasure Town to the right and selecting it from the list of dungeons that you are able to go to.
