Where is palkia on pokemon mystery dungeon 2?

You can find Palkia at the bottom of the Spacial Rift.  If you have not had the event with Palkia happen yet in the game, then you aren't far enough to have this happen yet.  If you just defeated Regigigas at the Aegis Cave, then what you need to do is take missions off of the Job and Outlaw Bulletin Boards and complete them for a few days.

After a few days of doing that, Palkia will show up.

You have to beat Regigigas then do lots of missions and then he will show up at the sharpedow bluff.

he LIVES at spatial rift, but that's not what your asking is it? how far along are you? because if i answer this it will give away most if not all of the plot.
