Where is patzinakia on the map?

i know its somewhere in Romania i just cant find it on a map, can any one help me?

It is called Pecheneg Khanates on the map.

It was situated on the territory of contemporary Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and western part of Russia

I know Wikipedia says "Patzinaka" is Pecheneg but Whois.com indicates www.patzinakia.com is a made up name from PatZINakia.  The site is located at Bacau, Romania (see google link).
