Where is smart money flowing these days?

Is money going into common stocks (not!), to mutual funds, to residential real estate (not!), commercial real estate, .com-style startups (not!), ... where is money going these days (for people who have any)?

I think the 'smart' money is moving into the beaten down blue chip stocks. A lot of bargains are out there right now.

the smart money hasn't changed path.  it is still in gold

It is moving from commodities into stocks. It may not look like it but that is what the big players are doing, their trades come to light after the fact.
