Where is st. andrews street in LA?

where is st. andrews and wilshire in la? my friends said that they have the best korean stew over there and the restaurant is called "young dong solotang". does anyone know?

Have not heard of "young dong solotang" on St. Andrews but there is a great place called Chong Ro Restaurant. Like most other Korean restaurants, you have to cook your own meat, but this restaurant goes a little bit further and lets you cook your own kimchee stew too! Their address is:

It is a couple blocks west of Western and Wilshire.  I haven't been to the restaurant.
