Where is that new oil reserve in the Artic?

I seen this special on TV last year about a huge oil reserve somewhere in the Artic Ocean I think or near Russia. The water had lots of ice on it. They were constructing a huge oil rig and said there was enough oil down there to supply the world for 100 years. The construction was a huge project and would take years to complete. Does anyone know or can find out?

  1. There are new oil reserves being uncovered everywhere in the arctic as the sea ice melts.  There are currently multiple debates between Russia,Sweden, Canada, and the United States as to who has ownership of it.
