  1. Dems don't hope for it, but its slowly coming, bit by bit, inch by inch, it is inevitable.

Considering we have priced ourselves out of the manufacturing market and all we have now is service and innovation, you can bet your bottom dollar, when the rest of the world catches up, it will come.

    Look at Asia

Look at the Asian union they are slowly forming

Look at how stable they have become, not all, but many have.

Look at their vast labor pool, China alone has over 800 million in the labor pool alone.  With their double digit growth, they still can't employ them all, therefore, due to the laws of supply and demand, their labor costs will be significantly lower then the west for decades.  Then factor in they are learning from us, how long do you think it will be before they reinventing the iPod?  I live here in China and the choices of MP3 and MP4 player is staggering.  Cell phone manufacturing is off the wall.  Go into a cell phone store and you don't have a choice of 50 phones, but rather hundreds from junk to state of the art.  From phones that cost $20 to $1000 GPS phones with all the whistles and bells.

I can go on and on, I do hope you get my point that nothing stays the same and in time, less time then you want to think about, ten to fifteen years, China and the far east will become top dog.

It's only a matter of time.

Even Warren Buffet and Bill Gates see's that writing on the wall.

    Peace

    Jim

  2. Where is this Rapture the Reps keep hoping for. You know, the one that gives them the "right" to destroy the Earth.

  3. It is happening all across the USA as we speak.

  4. It's not something anyone is hoping for, but it is out there and trust me it will bite you in the A$$ sooner than you think.

Have you thanked your PNAC people today?

For what you, your children, and their children are going to have to pay for selecting little georgie bush?

  5. Right there with you - and with us over here.  I assume you are either so rich, or so stupid, as not to notice it.

  6. Europe is worried it may be theirs to claim.

    Headline:

"European recession looms as Spain crumbles"

  7. Thanks for 2 points. Wake up. Th recession is here and here to stay until a responsible President comes into office.

  8. every one i know is living a recession   right now   duh

  9. Much of America believes whatever the media tells them. The media has been screaming recession for months now in an apparent effort to claim that the current administration has "destroyed " our economy. Use your own mind and experience to ascertain the facts and you may find it difficult to justify claims of recessionary trends in the current marketplace.   I have supported a family of four through recessionary times and my experience tells me that ,currently, there is little or no of the negative impact of what I know of as a recession. The current hysteria about an economic collapse is simple proof that the big lie works because people don't want to think for themselves. I guess it must be easier to let someone else think for you.
