Cloud 9 resturant? It's the one at Harbour Center, high up in the sky, revolving! I bet that'd be fun. A couple other choices could be Cardero's, or The Lift. Also, The Well. I believe the Canada Day fireworks are held in the burrard inlet, between Vancouver and the North shore, so you can't really watch them on the beach like you can the festival of light (held in English Bay.)

Do you want to see them from the restaurant or just eat nearby?

Because if you'd like to have a great romantic dinner then go for a walk to see them.. go to Parkside. It's fantastic.

Pack a sandwich and eat it on the beach.

Sorry Katie, but Cloud 9 is not on top of Harbour Centre, but actually on top of the Landmark Hotel on Robson Street.

Both Harbour Centre and the Landmark Hotel have revolving restaurants.
