Where is the FILES button that is suppose to be in the LH side of my groups Home Page?

First make sure that you're logged in to Yahoo.  If you are, and you go to a Group you're in, and it still isn't there, then the owner/moderator has disallowed access to the Files section.  If you're just an ordinary member of the Group, all you could do is email the owner asking him/her to open the Files section to members.  If you are an owner or moderator, then click on Management on the left-hand side of your Group's home page.  Then click on Web Tools on the right-hand side of the page.  Then click the Edit link next to Web Tools.  Then select Members in the Files / Photos section.  Don't forget to click Save Changes when you're done.

if that icon tab is not there, and you are a member, then it is closed to members. if you're an owner, you'd go to management- web tools- web tools (edit) click the edit and look at all features to see what they're set at
