Where is the HM Strength in Pokemon Pearl?

i need to get to Snowpoint city for the ice badge but i need strength to get across Mt. Coronet! WHERE IS THE HM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!...

  1. The HM Strength is on the top of Lost Tower. There is something else up there, but I don't remember what it is. They've actually resolved this answer; see my source.


  2. Go to solaceon City, and go down a route. while going down the route, u should c a tall white house, go in and make ur self to the top. at the top talk to the person that is at the top u should get the HM.

  3. you get it south of solaecan town(were the daycare is at)on the tower
