The Yellow River (Huang He) is in north China. The Yangtze is in central China and flows generally east into the Yellow Sea.

The Mekong flows from western China then flows generally south through SE Asia touching on Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia to empty into the South China Sea.

The Ganges flow mainly in Northern India from west to east before turning south to the Bay of Bengal.

The Rio Grande flows south through New Mexico before turning generally southeast to form the border with Mexico. It flows into the Gulf of Mexico at the southern tip of Texas.
