Where is the LEAST sunniest place in the world?

I am looking for the LEAST sunniest place--That is, a place with many, many clouds and barely ever bright sunlight. I'm writing a fanfiction, and if any of you have ever read Twilight, you'd know why.

PLEASE DO NOT SAY FORKS, WASHINGTON! I DO NOT WANT IT TO BE SET THERE!

I feel as though Orléans France has got to be up there somewhere!! Because at least this year its NEVER SUNNY!!! and im from cali so i like the sun!!!!!

Burlington VT would be a good spot for you.  lots of history and a quaint new england village - or you could go with Kaui hawaii the rainiest spot on earth depends on the mood you want to set

According to the movie, Point Barrow, Alaska had 30 days of night. The sun didn't rise for 30 days, so it was so dark all over the place for about a month.
